COMPANY CULTURE TESTIMONIALS

Michelle C. LCSW Watkinsville, Georgia

As an LCSW, I enjoyed working with Abbie and having the ability to work closely with clients and families and have a holistic impact on their lives.

Unlike other jobs where a social worker may tackle only one or two facets of their lives, working with Abridge allowed me to be involved with the client and families on multiple levels. It was rewarding to be able to see how all the interventions worked together to have a positive impact on their well-being.

The flexibility to be available for the client’s needs as well as schedule around my life created a positive work/life balance. Abbie has the respect for and awareness of the differences brought to the team by the various backgrounds of her staff. She has employed social workers, nurses, therapists, and case managers which allows the team to meet multiple types of needs for clients.

Brianna M. OTR/L Hoschton, Georgia

It is great to be able to consistently collaborate with other compassionate and hard-working professionals.

We have a wonderful opportunity to make an impact in the lives of individuals who may otherwise get lost in the crazy healthcare system we live with.

The Abridge team as a whole has a variety of skill sets, strengths, and specialized knowledge. This allows for optimal collaboration for the benefit of all of the clients.

Kassia P. Graduate Intern Athens, Georgia

I was an intern for Abridge during the summer of 2021. Abbie respected and valued the knowledge and skills I brought to the position, met me in my comfort zone, and then facilitated my learning.

The depth and breadth of her experience in the field of aging life care management make her an excellent teacher and trainer. During team meetings, Abbie again served as a facilitator. When complex cases were discussed, I was impressed by the team’s compassion and practical problem solving.
